STAINLESS STEEL METAL BALL SELF LOCKING CABLE TIES

When it comes to attaching controls and cables in oil and gas plants, marine equipment,food processing areas and any other place where corrosion and severe temperature changes are prevalent, the engineers are using stainless steel cable ties to provide for a long lasting quality installation which can reduce the maintenance long term cost factor of replacing nylon ties which are very often used in some cases.

These stainless steel zip ties are made of 304 and 316 marine grade stainless steel and used for attaching and bundling cables or other items in such areas. Also, the stainless steel provides the necessary strength for the jobs.

The non-coated stainless steel cable ties listed on this page are 304 grade stainless steel. The full coated pvc metal ball locking ties are made with 316 marine grade stainless steel. All our MBT (metal ball ties) are UL approved and carry international certifications.

BUNDLING CAPACITY OF 5 INCH , 8 INCH AND 14 INCH TIES

5 in. provides 1" (25mm) diameter, 8 in. 2" (50mm) diameter, 14 in. for a max diameter of 4" (203mm) stainless steel cable tie examples.

Stainless Steel ball lock type cable ties are supplied in 150 lb and 250 lb tensile strengths for non-coated types and 105 lb and 175 lb for PVC coated ones.
